Failed to initialize database. Unable to connecto to Media Server.

Recently I tried to install the DLO agent on a remote laptop but kept getting this message. I could ran DLO from another computer that had the DLO previously installd, but couldn't get it to run on this one for the first time.

I am having the same issue.

Both services are running, both computers and server belong to a domain.

However, there is no contact allowed with the PDC emulator which I have a work around which works fine for PCs which were already running the DLOagent, however, any new PCs fail to start with the error message "Failed to initialize database - Configure User Failed." Any thoughts would be great.
