Fails on Catalogue Media

My Software fails to complete the Catalogue Media facility.  We need to restore a corrupt mail file.

I have run the Inventory... with success but it then fails when i try to catalogue again saying i need to Invetory ?! (again?)

Is this a single tape, or part of a multi-tape backup set?  If the latter, inventory all the tapes in the set
 
If a single tape, may be time for VooDoo tech support
 
Shut down BackupExec services
Rename the \Catalogs folder (to \Catalogs.sav for example)
Restart the sevices (a new \Catalogs folder should be created)
inventory and catalog again
 
(Don't  forget to rename the original folder back to the default name)
