When using IDR to restore a Windows Server 2003d tp2n tells me that Hotfixes are required to cond then tells me that Hotfixes are required to continue. The Hotfixes in question are KB925902, KB930178 and KB935839.
I have followed the instructions here http://support.veritas.com/docs/300544 and downloaded each of the updates and extracted them to a folder each using the /X:<path> switch. So, my directory structure for the updates looks like this

|
----KB935839
When I select the drive using browse, I click ok and nothing happens. It just asks me for the location of the updates again.
Is the directory structure correct? Do the updates need to be in sspecially named directories?
Can anyone help?
