Well, no suprises, no one from symantec can help me.
No email address to send to, no help in the forum.
No support what so ever.
Just take the money, do not give the license keys paid for and cannot get help from Symantec.
I just want my money back so I can buy a product that is actually supported by the vendor.
I repeat my problem, I have bought Backup Exec for Windows + an Exchange license. The money has been taken from my account but I have recieved no license keys and cannot find anywhere where this product is supported.

If you call 800-327-2232, you should be able to get your serial numbers which you will need to convert to license keys using the license portal.
