IDR license

Hi all,

a question about the idr license:

We are running BE 12.0. I wanted to test the IDR option and when I`m ready to start the recovery process I get a prompt to provide a valid license key for IDR.  It isn`t a evaluation version or something like that. I don`t understad that because the option for IDR should be included in BE 12.0. I tried all the keys I had for the remote agents - nothing worked. Can somebody help me?

If you are using a disaster recovery file that was created from a Backup Exec evaluation media server to do the recovery and the evaluation period ends, you must enter a valid IDR license key to continue the recovery process.

: IDR CD was created when Backup exec was in evaluation version .

Manual recovery would be needed
