So researching I still have found no answer. However I did find if I set all the backup exec services to manual and restart the server I get no errors stating a driver or service failed to load. So it definatley has somethingto do with Backup exec. Any one ever run across this? I would be greatful for a reply...

Thanks

Hello Rich,

Have you installed Backup exec through Terminal server?

Have you also installed Netbackup on the BE server?
