What kind of backup is it? I got this problem with a backup-to-disk job when I was running the test job. It turned out that the test job failed because there was no prior backup made to a new backup media set.

It was solved by making a small backup job of only one file to that backup media set and then repeat the test run.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

If the error message is received during "test run", then it is normal. The
error is generated because the Backup-to-disk Folders have never been used
earlier and there are no files in these directories, therefore there is no
media for the media check to check.
To ensure the functionality of "Backup-To-Disk-Folder" configure a small
backup job, run it and observe the results.
