Peter_Wasyk
Not applicable
I have a scheduled job witch copy some local data and few remote folders. All date capacity is abaut 5GB. Device can handle 72GB (after commpresion).
I try few settings but this changes dosen't help.
I turn off a compresion, change append / and ... to media, eject after (on/off), verify (on/off)

The job starts propoerly and copy all data but when job has 99% complete it stops. When I clik "cancel job" it finish and mark this job like complete OK.

The OS is Windows 2003 SBS

Thanks for all future help

Sounds like you have a media alert waiting for a response, see the link below:

Hello Peter,
Please check that mail to respond automatically to alerts. Once full there is an alert for overwritable media to be inserted, unless responded to the alert perists and the job remains at 99% complete.

Hello;

I have this same issue, I've tried the following steps in this support document:

http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/192055.htm

However, I still have it stalling at 99% waiting for a response, I'm assuming (remote site, I have to drive there every time I try another backup attempt, and it asks for response)

Any ideas on what to try next? (fyi, retarded to have that the default setting)

THanks,
Ben.

Hello,

What are the alert messages?

Try executing the same backup job using ntbackup.
