License for Library Extension

Hi Everybody,

I am running BackupExec 10.0 on a Windows Server 2003. The backup jobs target a tape library with 2 DLT7000 tape drives.

I added a library extension license to get access to both tape drives simultaneously. Although the license is shown in Help --> About window, BE still produces error messages about a missing library extension license. Furthermore I used the BE's own diagnostic function to find the error and strangely enough the libraray extension library is not shown in the license information section.

Could anybody give me a hint on how to solve this issue.

Please redo the installation of LEO and inform us on how it behaves.
