License key not arrived by email - please help

I completed a registration form on the Symantec website to obtain a license key for Backup Exec Quickstart which comes as part of a package from Tandberg.

The Symantec website said the key will be emailed to me but 2 hours on and it hasn't arrived. I keep checking my junk mail folder just in case, but so far... nothing.

Should I register again under a different email address or can someone help me out please? Normally websites email out a key immediately as part of an automated process.

9 hours have passed and still no email with my license key. Any help please?

I re-submitted the request and received the key immediately via email. Panic over!

Does anyone know the limitations of QuickStart please? Does it support encryption?
