Loading Media

I have Backup Exec 9.1 running on a Windows 2003 server with a Travan tape drive. I ran a backup on Tuesday that completed sucessfully. Now when I try to run a backup the status stays at "Loading Media" indefinetly.

I have tried changing tapes and shutting down the server but nothing resolves this problem.

Anyone have a solution?

Hello,

Please check if the tape is configured properly and whether it goes to offline state when the job is in loading media status.
Please try a backup to disk to isolate the issue.
