Agent für Lotus Notes 8.5

Wenn ich auf die Lotus Datenbanken zugreifen will erhalte ich die Meldung:

"Die Datenspeicher können nicht initialisiert werden. Die Software ist wahrscheinlich nicht korrekt installiert."

Ich habe den Artikel TECH156078 durchgearbeitet und angewendet - ohne Erfolg.

Wer kann helfen - die Zeit drängt!

Can you post a link for the technote?

Have you uninstalled the RAWS agent from the server, and then reinstalled it? Also look at uninstalling the LOtus Notes agent license on the media server, and then reinstalling it.

RAWS is installed (Server is Media- and Notes-Server). Lotus Notes Agent was uninstalled and installed again - problem persits!
