Missing Data of Network Share

Running BE2010 on Server 2008 R2. I have two servers which replicate through DFS. I went to perform a restore of a folder on a network share on one of these servers and nothing was backed up. I checked the job itself and the subfolders and files are selected. The only folder viewable in the restore job is DFSRPrivate.

Ideas? Thanks,

You will need to select the data for backup from under the FSTdata03 servers shadow copy components.  DFS data is excluded when backing up via the drive letters. This technote shows where to select the DFS data for backup. http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/336332.htm

Was the data selected for backup at the folder level or did you select them from Shadow Copy Components on the DFS servers?  If you selected them from folder level (i.e. C:\DFSdata) then this is why you aren't able to see any data under the folder levels.  Select the data from under Shadow Copy Components and back the data up from there.  After that is done, test the restore again.

The data that was selected shows Server/local drive (E:\)/Shares (generic folder name)/Accounting/Folder 1/File 1.xls. When I try to select the same file from the restore job the only file/folder I see is the dfsrprivate folder and this has no content either.
