Move 10d to 12 on different server

We tried to upgrade our 10d to version 12 on the same server.  The upgrade appeared successful but then we had issues and had to uninstall and start over.  Unfortunately Windows crashed and we had to start over.  We have 10d on one server and want to move 10d jobs, etc to the new rebuilt 12 version?  Are there clear procedures to do this if it is going to a different server? Thanks for the help.

I've never hear of anyone getting a BEUTIL Copy Configuration to work across versions.  Many can't even get it to work from one to another on the same version

What you can try is to take a spare machine, and restore the v10d config to that, then upgrade that, then try the copy config to the real v12 media server
