BE15 will create individual .bkf for different backup agents in same backup job even the .bkf does not reach the limit size. How to change it to backup in same .bkf file so that we will not have many small .bkf for every differential backup?
And more important, what's the behavior for autoloader tape backup? We don't have so many tapes to for individual target in same backup job.

A .bkf is created per resource (or backup set) of backup job. So if the job contains C:\, System State, D:\, there will be atleast 3 .bkf created.
Tapes do not follow this behavior. You can have multiple jobs writing to the same tape. You'll have to adjust the Append Protection and Overwrite Protection periods accordingly.

The reason why a .bkf file is created for each resource is that if the backup of one resource fails, it would not affect the backups of the other resources.

Hi VJware,
The media option is set in individual job OR in Configuration and setttings -> Backup Exec settings -> Stroage -> Media overwite options ?
My setting please refer to attachment.

Both. The options which you have under Configuration & Settings - Backup Exec Settings - Storage is fine. Now, in the backup job to tape, you assign media sets which has appropriate append/overwrite settings.
