Newbie to Autoloaders

Help! I'm a newbie to Backup Exec 10d. Company used older 8.6 and backed up only to HDD's. We have new backup server and Exabyte 1x7 autoloader now being used with Sungard and I have to set it up.

I would like to set up a backup schedule on an Exabyte 1x7 autoloader like this:
A full backup would be run each night, day 1 to day 7. I would like to use one tape/slot per each night. Day 1 (Monday) would be slot 1/A00001, day 2 (Tuesday) would be slot2/A00002, etc. A full backup uses about 3/4 of the capacity of one tape so there should not be a problem. Each full backup would have the same selections and occur at the same time . I need to know the best way to setup the media sets and the settings.
I have a total of 14 tapes so once a week the 7 tapes would be pulled out and the next 7 put in labelled A00008 - A000014. The seven would be offsite until the next week when we rotate. Does the barcoding enter into this?
