No access to mapped drives or network shares

Is there any way to get access to mapped drives?

I can also use fully qualified paths, but, some are accessible and some are not. For some shares I get a prompt to log on and no logons will work, even administrator. For some shares they are just disabled.

Hello,

Are you trying to use mapped drives for backup? If yes then where are they located? When you get the prompt to enter the account and after entering the acount, what happens? Do you get any error? If yes, do elaborate the eror message as also the configuration.

Check in the properties tab if the SYSTEM account has full control to the drive.
