Hi,

Just purchased version 10, we were trying out version 9.1 for the trial period.

We are using the OSX agent and have installed it on various macs in the office. One, however, is giving the following error :

english/SETUP must be run as root equivalent.

after trying to run the install.

Again, we have used the same install files for other computes and that is not a problem, just this computer.

We have enabled root, etc.

Anyone have any ideas or things to try?

For installing the agent, you need to have administrative rights. Please log on with a username with rights equivalent to root. Then run the installation using the following link:
