Plus de déduplication à la source

Bonjour,

Dans BE2012, depuis que j'ai mis à jour le serveur au SP2, ainsi que les agents Windows, la déduplication à la source ne fonctionne plus. Comment se fait-il ? Pourtant, aucun paramètre de sauvegarde n'a changé...

Are you getting an exception that "Client-side deduplication is enabled for this job, but it could not be used" when the job completes?

After updaing to Sp2 have you updated the remote agents too?

Hello,

Yes, on 90% of my jobs, I have now the message "The job completed successfully. However, the following conditions were encountered: Client-side deduplication is enabled for this job, but it could not be used. Please check this link for additional information: http://entsupport.symantec.com/umi/V-79-18273".

And yes, I have updated all agents after installing SP2 and make a reboot on clients servers.

I know this technote and I've always checked all points. I will so open a call to Symantec.
