Hi,
The yellow triangle means, as Ken mentioned, that the server does not communicate regurarly with the Backup Server. Check the event log for agent crashes. Check also if you can connect via RDP or
\\server\c$ from the backup server. Maybe RPC is down. If the problem continues, try to reinstall the agent on these two server.
If you have Symantec AV on the server, stop the tamper protection.
