Our subscription has ended, and we need to renew... Backup Exec came on our Dell server as OEM. We've asked Dell to process the renewal through their Symantec team but they want a PDF that was sent to us at the time of purchase, I'm guessing with all the license info. We can't find it and are stuck.
Is there any way we can recover the product key/license info from the software itself? Or registry?
