Run post-command after job verification completes

The description of this Pre/Post Commands option is "Runs the post-command after the verification completes if you selected the Verify after backup completes option on the General backup properties dialog box."
What if this box is NOT checked?  Does it run sequentially before the verification, or in parallel with the verification?  If it is NOT checked, does a failure mean that verify will not run?

If that box is unchecked, verify does not run after that job at all


What the comment is saying is "if verify is part of this job, the post-command will run when the verify completes"

I'm talking about the post command check-box, not the verify check box.

The post-command is independent of the job.  If you do not check Runs the post-command after the verification completes ..., then it will be issued after the backup is done and it will be done in parallel with the verify.
