Running Reports stop BE Server Service

When trying to run and reports in Backup Exec 9.1 the Backup Exec Server service stops. What could be causing this?

Can you elaborate the problem? Since when does it occur? Do you get any specific errors? Do other service stop too? Do explain in detail.
