SQL Server Agent issue

Dear all,
We are using BackupExec12 for file backup and which is running on one of our SQL 2005 servers.
Since we have SQL 2005 and we chioced to install the BackupExec database on the existing intance of SQL 2005.
But we found that when we restart the service of Backup Exec Server in Windows services. It would restart all related services such as Backup Exec Job engine and Agent Browser. It also stopped the service of SQL Server Agent in Windows service without any alert and it couldn't help to restart that service automatically.

Do anyone have an idea on this issue?

On the other hand, If we want to migrate backup exec database from SQL to other intance such as SQL 2005 Express at the same server (separate those services to prevent the interference). What step and instruction we need to do?
It is appreicated if anyone can provide a detail steps or doucment for the reference. Many thanks for your help in advance.

I.T
Gary

Install and anew instance of SQL , still better call it BKUPEXEC . go to Be utility , location is (x:\program files \symantec \backupexec )and click on all media server - on the right hand side Right click on server name and New backupexexec Database location and put the name of the new sql instance. (as long as both the instances are on the same server, this should work .)
