Services keep stopping for no reason

We have Veritas Backup Exec for Windows Servers v10.0 Rev 5484

It seems to run fine for 3 or 4 days then the backup will fail. The services seemed to have stopped for no reason.

There is nothing in the windows event log.

I can start them up manually again and then the backup will run for a couple days more but then the services will stop again.

Can anyone help? My client is getting a little annoyed.

It is a local job and I do not have the exact error. It will happen again in a couple days and I will post the exact error message.

I will also try the upgrade but I am out of town until Tuesday Sept 13. Please do no let this thread die. Thanks.

*All* the backup services have stopped. When I open Backup Exec the little Services Icon on the bottom right corner is red. I click on it and it shows none of the services are running. I click "Start all services" and they all start no problem. That backup will run for 3 or 4 days then fail again and all the services have stopped again.

We uninstalled and went with a different solution.
