Simplified Disaster Recovery Backup Exec 15

Have a Dell T630, Server 2012 r2, and Backup Exec 15.

Reading the Admin manual for Backup Exec 15 everything seems fairly straightforward but I am wondering if there are any things, learned after the manual was written, that I should watch out for.  

Any help would be appreciated.

have a look at attached PDF, I found it very interesting
