Stuck duplicate job

Alvin_Chan
Not applicable
I'm running Backup Exec 10d with a Dell Powervault 132t dual drive LTO on Windows 2003. I created a policy to backup 6 servers and to create duplicates after running the jobs. Some of the jobs were running when I deleted the policy, now I have a stuck job in Job montior with the state: Scheduled, Job Type Duplicate, Job Status Running.

I can put it on hold, but I can't delete the job, it states 'The job is currently Running. This operation is not allowed while the job is running.'

I've restarted the server a couple times, but the job comes back. I've followed the directions to stop a stuck job by disabling the drives and stopping the Backup Exec services - but that has not helped. Another user said he needed to email his database file to tech support to have it modified, is that what I need to do?
