Tape library prblem with symantec backup exec 2010 r2

Hii EveryOne

i have afile server and symantec exec 2010 r2 for windows server installed on it when connecting to the tape library with 2 drives only on drive working.

i searched for that and i found the solution by using LEO (library expansion option) the Question is :

which product part number i will use between the following and compatible with my case to order to buy it because i`m confused?..1-   20091167

                                                                                                                                                                                             2-   20052591

plz help as soon as possible

20091167 is the upgrade license part number.

20052591 is the core license part number.

I checked in symantec site for library expansion option license for extra drive. Details given are Symantec Backup Exec 2010 Option Library Expansion License + Essential 12 Months Support  SKU: 20057633

or i will buy 20057633?

As per my knowledge you have to buy 20057633. If you are upgrading from earlier BE versions to BE 2010 then the LEO license part number is 20091167.

Also confirm with the licensing team before ordering the license.
