Tape rotation report for a robotic Library

Hi all,

Is it possible to setup a report that backup exec can email a user that will show her what tapes to remove from the robotic library and which one to add (Tape rotation report)?
The site has a 24 slot robotic library and 48 blank tapes. 

I have partition the library as follows

Slot 1 – 4 Daily (Mon – Thurs) – 6 days rotation
Slot  5 – 9 Weekly (Friday) – 1 month rotation
Slot 10 – 22 monthly (last day of the month) – 12 months rotation
Slot 23 -24 Yearly – 1 year rotation
 
With Four jobs call Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly with each job assign to their partition and Media set
 
Problem
 
The Start of each week the user wants to remove the tapes that have been used and give them to an offsite storage company. She then will replace them with the 2^ndbatch of tapes.  The process will then be repeated
 
4 daily tapes changed at the end each week
1 weekly tape change at the end of each week
1monthly tapes changed at the end of each month
1 yearly tape changed at the end of each year
 
Is there a weekly report that BE can email a user that will show what tapes to remove from the library and which are due to come back

You can probably do something with Media Vaults  and the rules for media vaults

Suggest you check out the Administrators Guide for
"Media Locations and Vaults"

There are also reports relating to media vaults

and sorry for the delay in replying back (on holidays)

I looked up ‘Media Locations and vaults’ and that seems to be the way to go.  Is there some way in automating the ‘update Vault using Wizard’, so it will automatically move the media to a vault and return the media from a vault, based on the vault rules? Could this be done via the bemcmd.exe tool?

I am also looking for the same functionality.  We have vault rules configured and I would like to automate the process of updating the location of the media.  Does anyone know a way this can be accomplished?

Tried support but they have not responded to me yet.
