Unable to install DLO option

G'day

I've had some issues after the upgrade from BE11d to 12, mainly the DLO console on the server doesn't let me expand the list of user backups on their computers.

Thinking this to be some glitch, I created a new backup storage location, however this spat out an error relating to XPDLOShareu.dll. A google on this did not give any helpful advice.

So I uninstalled the DLO agent, and went to reinstall.

The process spits out an error in the installation log:

Any ideas on how to remedy this?

I have similar problem.
I have upgraded the media server from 11d to 12. (This server is continuosly upgraded from Veritas Backup Exec 9 through 10, 11 etc.)
I was unable to access DLO admin console the client stopped working. I decided to unistall DLO and install it again. However now I get the same error:

I have found, that the problem was in disabled administrative shares (C$ etc.).
Unfortunately I found it after I deinstalled and installed from scratch the whole BE media server.

Jiri,

The C$ administrative share is enabled on my SBS server.. any other ideas or more info you can provide?

Near the end of the bkupinst.htm is what the value of DLOScriptPath is - my problem was that C$ did not exist.
This is the tail of my bkupinst.htm:
