Unable to view the 'Clean' Option in Symantec BE 2012

I have upgraded Symantec BE 2012 R2 to 2012 SP1a, and I have followed the guide below to create a clean job

But eventually I right click the slot which contains the clean media, there is no 'Clean'Option on the menu. Attached is my settings on the clean media.

...might sound like a stupid question, but do you have a cleaning tape in the library already?

Right click on the tape DRIVE you want to clean.

Step #2 of that HOWTO has multiple mistakes, but you appear to be on the correct path since you have slot #12 correctly labeled as a cleaning slot.

all right, it works when right click on the tape drive

Buddy... Larry hits it right on the head... You want to right click on the drive you want to clean... then select clean now... See below
