Update the Remote Agent on remote Windows computer utility error - invalid credentials

I am trying to update the remote agents on 5 servers, 4 of which are 2003 R2 32 bit.  I am having a problem with the 2003 64 bit server.  Whenever I try to validate this server, it will not connect because of "invalid credentials".  I am using the same exact username and password as on the 32 bit systems.  Is there a fix to this??? Any other ways to update this remote agent other than copying the RAWS64 folder and executing setup?

Hi Rich,

Have you tried to uninstall the Remote Agent on that server first, and then push it out from your BE server?
