Utility partition....

 Every so often I recieve this error during a backup on the exchange server.....

 Access denied to directory Utility Partition On Disk 0\.
 Directory \\servername\Utility Partition\Utility Partition On Disk 0\ was not found, or could not be...
 None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

Uncheck Utility partiton from the selection list as its a small partition created by the manifacturer and cannot be accessed normally.

Yes. Its not necessary to backup the Utility Partition. Complete disaster recovery can be successfully performed WITHOUT utility partition backups.
