Hi there,

Doesn't appear as if BE 10.x has support for Blackberry servers.

Hi Craig,

Thank you.

Although It was able to backup the previous bes server.  All we did was move to a new server.
We are not using Continuous Protection.

Oh right...OK well if that was the case, have you checked to make sure that your remote server is publishing to the new BE server?
2 ways of rectifying this...

1. Go into the RAWS agent on that particular server and then manually change that.
2. Try running a push install from your media server to that remote server.

I tried that and even re-installed the remote agent again (making sure it was the same version as the server).

Any other ideas, what it could be?

The bes server was upgraded to the newest version - 5.
Could it be that Backup Exec 10.x doesnt run on it?

It could be that the upgrade broke something.  The fact that it is not in the SCL means that it has not been properly tested with BE.  If it works, you are lucky.
