Veritas 10 Failed Installation

Installation fails with the following errors. Most recent install attempt was 04.12.05 at about 2:30pm. Can supply bkupinst.log if necessary. Thank you.

If the error continues to occur and VERITAS Update cannot be successfully installed after following the document, then ensure that no SpyWare applications are running in the background. If SpyWare applications are present on the machine, disable the services and attempt to run the Backup Exec installation again.
Ensure that the instaln is run locally on the server.
