What to get to backup single SBS2011 on hyper-v

I'm struggling to work out exactly what Backup exec product+agents we would need to get in order to be able to do the following:

Backup a single SBS 2011 virtual server hosted on a single Hyper-V server (win 2008 R2),  with the ability to be able to easily restore single files from the SBS 2011 virtual server, and preferably be able to use removable USB hard drives as the backup drives.  And for a non-techy person to be able to handle the swapping of the USB drives after basic instruction.

Would we need to get the agent for Hyper-V as well as Backup Exec for Windows Small Business Server? Or is that optional if we are prepared to back up the hyper-v server separately and accept that some things are backed up twice. If we do need that agent how much (roughly) does that agent cost as I can't seem to find a price for it online.

It is important to us that its fairly easy to restore individual files or small amounts of data from the backup without having to restore an entire virtual machine.

First things first..... SBS 2011 is supported only with latest BE 2010 R3. So please download BE 2010 R3 from www.backupexec.com .

Now regarding the licenses, if you want to backup only the SBS 2011 virtual machine and not any other Virtual machine then there is no need to buy the Hyper-V agent license. You can install Backup Exec on the Hyper-V host machine and install the Remote agent on the SBS 2011 Virtual machine. Then using the normal Remote agent backup method you can backup the complete SBS 2011 server to the USB drives which can be connected to the Hyper-V host server.

You will only require the Backup Exec SBS license key which will also include the Exchange, SQL and Sharepoint licenses. Also you will have to ensure that during the installation of Backup Exec as you will be using the SBS license key the Virtual machine with SBS Operating System should be UP and RUNNING properly.

NOTE: If you plan to backup other Virtual machines also then you can go for Hyper-V agent which will give you the feature to backup any number of Virtual machines hosted on that instance of Hyper-V host.

Thanks,
