Hello,

We presume that this error occurs when you are trying to push install the agent.

Please try to perform a local install and verify the results.

I am also having that same problem. We have tried to push the client on to Server 2000 using 'Serial numbers and Installation' wizard as opposed to the remote 'Install Remote Agents' selection and encounter this error. Are we using the correct install agent? Also we were successful on a 2003 server but still could not access drives and files using the backup wizard. We presume it has to do with client licensing pehaps ??

Please advise.
