Hi Jerome,
Try starting the setup with the BROWSER.EXE file. Choose the language for the installation and proceed. If the issue persists, check rights for the account with which you log in during the installation. This account should be a member of
Domain Administrators
Local Administrators if the Media Server is not a Domain Controller
Please remove memberships of the logon account, such as Backup Operators, Printer Operators.
