job failed

Hi people,

i have a following problem on my backup server

Der Auftrag schlug mit folgendem Fehler fehl: Medien des Wechslers der physischen Datenträger nicht gefunden.

means:

the job failed with following Error: Media of the changer of phisical Media/Device/Disk not found.

i didnt found this message on google and on the knowledge base.

Does someone know the correct english error message for this? 
Or better dows someone know the cause or a solution?

Is the job defined as "Append" rather than "Append Else Overwrite"

if so, and if BackupExec can't find any mounted appendable media in the same media set, you can get this error
