job fails due to corrput files?

This started happening to me on Thursday (after installing a patch via Live Update).  It states that there is a corrupt file in one of the Exchange mailboxes.   We are unable to identify any file in the specific users mailbox that would be causing this issue.   I need help with resolving this also!!!!!
