The service starts but does not work, I ran the debug mode and this is what it outputted. Does anyone know how to solve this?

The artical for the manual install contains different files than the ones I have. The setup files I'm using is Q180968.BE.RALUS.10.1.5629.3.ESD.tar.gz.
