"Advanced" tape recovery?

Hello,
I had a tape in the drive that I was setting up a restore from.
I forgot to disable to job in the queue.
Job that ran was set to overwrite.
I stopped the job after a few minutes.
Only newly backed up files show when I do a catalog....not the ones I need.
Is all the data wiped out, or is there any kind of advanced catalog or recovery I can run.

'Fraid that you are SOL as far as BackupExec is concerned.  A data recovery service MAY be able to help you, but any end-user software will probably not able to recover any of the old data that still exists after this happened.
