Hello,
I am trying to configure notification through SMTP. However the option "Assign Recipients to Alert Categories" is grayed out under Tools menu or under Alerts -> Alert Tasks. I have seen posts with the same issue for version 10.x but resolutions there did not help. I have an SMTP server and sender address defined. I have a recipient created. I would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks.
