Help! i'm getting the following error "robotic library destination element full error" and the robotic library is stating that it's offline. DOes anyone know how to fix this?

Are you current on firmware and drivers for the tape drive and SCSI conroller?

Have you checked cables and terminators to verify that they are fully seated?

Have you tried different cables/terminators?

Have you tried a different SCSI card?
