VCS and Solaris Zones

Has anyone out there Clustered Solaris Zones and in particular, zones running their own Oracle binaries and dbase instances?! I can see arguments WHY to use clusrted zones (all the benefits of Zones + the HA side) and why NOT to use Zones (longer failover.. Arguable OS patching issues)

Just wondering if anyone out there as done this or looked at this and if they're willing to post any pointers or useful references..

I had an opportunity to setup a VCS cluster running Oracle in local zones (or containers), it works just as good as running in a global zone.

A few points:

1. Minimum required version of VCS is 4.1 MP1
2. A resource of Zone type can be defined, so boot and shutdown of local zones can be under VCS control (for this you need to disable autoboot in your zone configuration)

When I first tried this, I simply followed the setup in the Appendix B of the VCS Users Guide. It worked the first time.
