Does the history appear empty for all users ?
This usually occurs if the DLO services, SQL services do not have appropriate permissions and the NUDF share/security permissions are incorrect as well.
These are the NUDF permissions required ~
Share Permissions on the root NTFS folder defined as the NUDF
Administrator: Full Control
Everyone: Full Control
Security Permissions on the root NTFS folder defined as the NUDF
Administrator: Full Control
Everyone: Read and Execute, Read and List Folder Contents
Security Permissions on the NTFS sub-folder within the NUDF for the specific user
Administrator: Full Control
UserID: Full Control
The services should be using this account as well ~

Lastly, do ensure you are launching the DLO Admin console using the same domain\admin account which is used by the SQL and the Admin services.
