We unable to create technical support case. Because when I type product name of DLO (Desktop and Laptop option), shown below error message “no product found in this name”. So can you help me what is correct product name of DLO? Pls. find the attached error screen short.

As mentioned in my initial reply, pls do not use my.symantec.com. Instead use my.veritas.com

Hope you are trying to log a case via my.veritas.com and not the older Symantec MySupport portal.

...have you tried to continue with the case creation by keeping it as-is? Have you trie to select DLO?

It gives me the same error on my MySymantec page, so there must be some sort of issue.
Rather call in and log the issue that way. See below:
