Searching for all email from one month.

Can not figure out what to use as my search terms?  We need to collect all email sent and received for a month (example all emails in the month of August).

Can someone help me with this issue?

Should be pretty staightforward.  Just choose your date range and leave everything else blank.

I have tried this and the search results come back with emails from 3 years instead of just one month.

Sounds a bit odd, what version of EV and DA are you using?

Can you post a picture of your search criteria?

unfortunately I can't read that very well.  Can you set Save Search Criteria in the Configuration > Settings > Diagnostic Settings section?  Then upload that.

Would really need to see that criteria output. 

Did you do any imports?  Are you searching only a journal archive?
