Archive Email are not open through OWA & Outlook outside domain

I am using Enterpise Vault 9 with Exchange 2010, I am facing one issue that i am unable to open archive mail from owa if i access owa from outside. Or if i access from machine which is not part of the domain but its connected to LAN. It was working fine suddenly this issue occurs.

I get the following error.

"The archived item is currently unavailable. If you chosse reply or forward, only the content shown below will b included. Click here to preview the orignal item"
