Archive Shuttle question

Hi All
I know there are trusted advisors from EVTools on these forums
I have a quick question...would Archive Shuttle (AS) work with a PST export  of a mailbox that has a CFG .In other words I wont use AS to do the export of the data ,as this has been done ,just the import into the new EV system.
The reason I ask is the standard Import of the PST  using the PST Wizard,with the CFG file ,into the new EV archive isn't working .It is not linking the old shortcuts to ingested data .From Archive Explorer I can access ingested data but if I access a shortcut  in Outlook it doesnt open up the message .

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
You would have to export with archive shuttle.
